Crystal Food Service Cleaner is a powerful cleaner and degreaser that cuts through tough baked-on food residue, grease, and grime. NSF registered for use in food facilities. Clean-rinsing, non-flammable, concentrated formula has no added color or scent.

Always spot test on a hidden area first and cover or remove all food before cleaning.

  1. Dilute with ambient water (see dilution instructions below).
  2. Apply to soiled surfaces, allow time to penetrate dirt, grease, or oil.
  3. Rinse with potable water at highest available pressure.
  4. Heavily impacted soils may need agitation or second application.

Do not allow product to dry on surface.

HEAVY SOILS: 1:1 dilution up to 1:15 dilution. Thick grease, heavy carbon residue, carbons & soot, baked-on soils, tough soils lodged in porous surfaces.

MEDIUM SOILS: 1:15 dilution up to 1:30 dilution. Grease & oils, dirt, grime, food residue.

LIGHT SOILS: 1:30 or higher dilution. Dust, particulates, very light oils.
