HOW TO CLEAN PAVERS
Pavers are the individual bricks, stones, or concrete pieces used to create outdoor surfaces like patios, walkways, and driveways. They're durable and stylish – but exposure to the elements can leave them looking dirty and worn. If your pavers are covered in mud, mildew, moss, or built-up grime, it's time for a refresh. Simple Green makes it easy to clean and restore their original look.
DIRECTIONS FOR CLEANING PAVERS:
When in doubt about a surface, always spot test first.
- Pre-wet the surface. This helps the Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner penetrate soils and makes it easier to wipe clean.
- Apply cleaner. Spray the Simple Green solution. Allow the product to soak for a minute or so on heavy soils and greasy spills.
- Scrub, if necessary. Scrubbing with a soft bristle brush or non-abrasive scrubbing pad provides agitation that will help to loosen soils and will ensure a thoroughly clean, residue free surface.
- Rinse with clean water using a garden hose to ensure a residue-free surface. Food contact and pet surfaces need to be thoroughly rinsed with clean water.
- Pavers should be cleaned earlier in the day or on an overcast day, when there is more time for moisture to evaporate slowly.
