HOW TO CLEAN PAVERS
Pavers are the individual bricks, stones, or concrete pieces used to create outdoor surfaces like patios, walkways, and driveways. They're durable and stylish—but exposure to the elements can leave them looking dirty and worn. If your pavers are covered in mud, mildew, moss, or built-up grime, it's time for a refresh. Simple Green makes it easy to clean and restore their original look.
DIRECTIONS FOR CLEANING PAVERS:
When in doubt about a surface, always spot test first.
- Pre-wet the surface. This helps the Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner penetrate soils and makes it easier to wipe clean.
- Apply cleaner. Spray the Simple Green solution. Allow the product to soak for a minute or so on heavy soils and greasy spills.
- Scrub, if necessary. Scrubbing with a soft bristle brush or non-abrasive scrubbing pad provides agitation that will help to loosen soils and will ensure a thoroughly clean, residue free surface.
- Rinse with clean water using a garden hose to ensure a residue-free surface. Food contact and pet surfaces need to be thoroughly rinsed with clean water.
- Pavers should be cleaned earlier in the day or on an overcast day, when there is more time for moisture to evaporate slowly.
