When in doubt about a surface, always spot test first.

For HE Washing Machines:

1. Pre-treat spots as needed with full strength Simple Green.
2. Add clothes to washer.
3. Pour Simple Green Laundry Detergent into dispenser.
4. Start washer.

For Conventional Washing Machines:

1. Pre-treat spots as needed with full strength Simple Green.
2. Start washer and allow to fill with water.
3. Pour detergent into water.
4. Add ¼ cup of Simple Green for heavily soiled laundry or greasy clothing.
5. Place laundry in machine and wash normally.

For heavy stains, dampen material before pretreating with full strength Simple Green.

After pre-treating stains, wash immediately.

For greasy clothes, clothes permeated with smoke, and other heavy soils, add ½ cup of Simple Green (large load) and soak for 30 to 60 minutes prior to washing.
