Dog Mess No Problem for Simple GreenWe were gone one day, apparently a few hours too long and our dogs got a hold of the can we use to pour the left over bacon grease into. It was a soup can and was about 3 quarters full. After indulging themselves they of course threw it up,not sure how long it sat on the carpet but by the time we got home it was just a huge spot on the floor that stunk. Over the past 6 months we have tried everything to get the grease out, and everything we have tried has just attracted more dirt and made it look worse. We are getting ready to move out of Military housing and they bring in a black light to make sure there is not animal urine on the carpets ( animal urine will light up green and so will bacon grease).. Tonight while trying to think of what to use to try to get that out, I found on line someone saying they used a degreaser and I thought of simple green, found a recipe and poured it on the carpet with the black light in hand and it vanished like a magic act.. Thank you simple green.. I will use this for everything.Kim U.
