      My 5th-wheel trailer has been sitting under a pecan tree for the last nine months and the sap has been building up like nobody’s business. Now, the trailer wasn’t too clean to start with having spent five months in southern Louisiana and never been washed.



      I first tried a power washer & some dish soap, but no go… it required way too much elbow grease for the little bit of clean. Next step was to call around and see what the professionals suggested; the first (and only) RV maintenance department said flatly "We only use Simple Green" and "It works". I’d like to add that from now on I will also only use Simple Green, and it works quite well and quite easily with just a hand brush, a push broom, and a trickle of water to rinse.
